Kind of disappointed for my first home buying experience. One week before closing on the house and he tells me that there was a “glitch” in the system and I actually owed quite a bit more for closing than was expected. He kept saying that it wasn’t his fault and that I had enough in my savings as if that made it okay…He was able to suggest a new insurance company last minute which brought down the costs. He gave me a tiny bit of credit, but kept asking me if that was okay as if he didn’t really want to.They had the paperwork in at the last possible moment even after promising they would have it done in time with the changes.My family recently worked with Geneva and didn’t have any issues, but I suggest a different branch.

Alot can be said in great ways about Bob Schildt at Geneva. He went above and beyond to help me throughout my entire mortgage loan process. Practically talked almost everyday as if we have been friends for years. Was extremely helpful & informative making sure that I was able to buy my first home in Myrtle Beach, SC. Working with Bob Schildt was fabulous. However dealing with Jeff Stofko was the most horrible experience I ever went through. He caused my marriage to be in jeopardy due to his lies and false promises. I told my husband what Jeff said and my husband knew it was all false information. Nothing Jeff said happened as indicated. He lied for the builder. He never represented me but supported the builder. As far as I am concerned both the builder and him took advantage of me. I wish I never used One Realty One Group and found a better realtor. Bob I truly thank with love for all of his great efforts for me. I literally hate Jeff and after all is said and done I never want to hear from him again. I will be filing a lawsuit against him and the builder. Thank you for your attention.Dr. Sharon Hedrington

Bob was a blessing to work with. He was very honest with us through this whole process and tried to make it as less stressful as possible. Any time I had any questions or concerns he was quick with response and very reassuring. Very hands on and was able to get us closed. I loved working with Bob and will be again with future purchases.
