I asked Adam to help me get acquainted with the gym. I was just expecting him to tell me what machines to use, but I got so much more from just an hour session. He taught me a lot of the basics on posture and good form, which is super important in preventing injury. I asked Adam to help me get acquainted with the gym. I was just expecting him to tell me what machines to use, but I got so much more from just an hour session. He taught me a lot of the basics on posture and good form, which is super important in preventing injury. It was actually a lot of information to absorb in an hour, but he's always happy to answer any questions and clarifications. I thought the diagnostic test on the first meeting was also really useful to see where I was good, and where I needed to improve. I got much more than what I was expecting from signing up. I use to get Adam to train myself and my daughter back in Australia for 2 years, Having Adam as a personal Trainer made me personally change my way of training on my own as well as the correct way , he inspired me to be more self motivated and strive for the best results that I personally could achieve for myself and still to this day I train 5 days a week & Im self motivated and love it, Having three grown up children and being 53 years old I have the mental strength & well as the body fitness of a young adult, Not an athlete, but a young person that goes to the gym. My daughter started training with us at the age of 15 years old and still is self motivated and loves her gym and she is now 21.The way in which Adam taught Steph to train and use the equipment the correct way has paid off as still to this day she has the correct form. I cant thank you enough for all the work you put into both of us and your clients & future clients are very lucky to have you . Adam customised an exercise program for me especially targeted towards my problem area whilst building overall strength. Immediately, I began to notice less tightness and felt much more at ease when doing my exercises. Furthermore, the variety in my new program helped me discover a joy for fitness, and I started to look forward to every single workout. The progress kept me motivated, although I never thought I’d be a person to visit a gym 4 times per week. Adam also helped me get to the bottom of several diet and fitness statements that I encountered in magazines or via social media. It was absolutely great having an expert and professional perspective, and it has helped me achieve a much better understanding as well as overview of health in general. I learned that there are no quick fixed - but that sustainability is the key to succes! As a personal trainer, Adam is always super engaged and interested. So over time I've learnt so much about nutrition, posture and fitness concepts.
