I can’t recommend Tom enough as a personal trainer. Before training with him, I lacked confidence in strength training and using the equipment at the gym, but he’s really helped me feel comfortable and capable. Every session is not only challenging but also fun – he always manages to make me laugh while keeping me motivated.He’s also been really supportive with my nutrition and food, which has made a big difference to my progress.
