I’m just about to wrap up the gut health program with Nurse Sarah! This program changed my life. I should say, I got my life back! Not only am I no longer suffering daily headaches, migraines, constipation. I also have my energy back to chase my two kiddos around. I have learned a lot about our foods and I have started making healthier choices, not only for me, but for my family! It feels amazing to have found Dr. May and Nurse Sarah, they are both so passionate about what they do. I love that I found them and can 100% trust them with my health and my family‘s health. Nurse Sarah was my biggest cheerleader during this whole program. You have to do the work no one is going to do it for you, but it’s 100% worth it.

It has been about 2 years since my last adjustment at Advantage Health Center. Recently I compressed a nerve in my neck and had all sorts of fun things happening. I went to the ER, a Orthopedic Specialist, and my local Chiropractor twice and ended up with little to no improvement. One visit to Advantage Health Center for a specific adjustment for my concern and I am feeling at least 80% better. If you or somebody you know is in pain this is the place to go! Hands down best service from people that actually care.

I just had my first adjustment with Dr Jeff. I am not new to chiropractic and even told Dr Jeff I am hard to adjust. He adjusted my neck and got movement on the first try! oh wow! so much relief after one visit. I started the reset three weeks ago. it's unbelievable! I love the positivity and caring nature of everyone from the minute you walk in the door!

When I discovered Total Health Advantage in May of this year, I was a mess! I was (am) dealing with an enormous amout of stress in caring for my recently disabled spouse. I felt so much better after even the first adjustment and I'm getting stronger everyday! Dr. Jeff always has some real words of encouragement for me when he can see I'm struggling. He also tells me when I look terrific, which I don't notice alot of the time. Tamara and Emily are always asking how I'm managing and they really mean it. God Bless them all! I also recently decided to "reset" my metabolism with the Chiro Thin and WOW, Just WOW. It feels like my body is detoxifying and it has done wonders for my total outlook on life. YAY!!!!!!
