If you are looking for some fresh motivation to get your workout routine on track, check out Blue Ocean. I joined about a year and half ago and got hooked. Their semi-private coaching approach feels like it hits the right mix of coaching attention, accountability, motivation, and variety in a clean, upbeat environment. Typically, the semi-private coaching sessions have 6 people or less in a group. The friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive trainers take each person through their routine making it feel closer to a private coaching session than semi-private. The workouts are varied each session and tailored to your ability. The coaches are happy to answer questions, give feedback or switch out an exercise if needed. Appointments are easy to schedule or reschedule with their online system. All fitness levels welcome!
