To be honest I was initially quite underwhelmed. As a runner, I went there with a problematic ankle related issue.I expected a scan of the affected area, for ligament or muscle damage, which OK, may not be a service offering. Perhaps that's another level of investigation, requiring more specialist work?But, at the very least, I thought I'd be put on a treadmill to show my movement, etc and demonstrate what was going on.Instead I basically received a quick review and 10 minute massage laying on a bed in a curtained off cubicle.The Physiotherapist was nice enough and well meaning, but I left there wondering what I'd just paid for.*Edit* Following a very amicable and positive follow-up call from Activate, it's probably clear that my expectations weren't quite aligned with the initial product offering. This can happen and further potential treatment options were discussed. So, I'm happy to change my initial 3 star rating to 4 star.

This is a great practice! I usually see Scott but have seen a couple of the other videos Physios at times and they are all excellent. Great customer service and I love the online booking. Although Meredith on reception is always a joy to deal with too. I’ve had treatment for shoulder, hip, back and leg issues and even vestibular Physio for post concussion vertigo. They can do it all.
