I was stuck trying to make a booking from Bangkok back to Sydney in June and July and literally could not find a single option that would suit me in my family. Thankfully Gagan was able to win a matter of 20 minutes able to help me find not only a great flight but a business class and premium economy flight for four of my family members to be able to fly back and enjoy themselves rather than flying overnight in economy. Gagan is such a genuine good human being who truly cares about working closely with his clients to make their goals happen. I always wanted to fly business class, but knew there were better ways to make it happen, I just didn't know how to do it. When I first met Gagan, I thought he wouldn't be able to teach me anything about how to do this as a Canadian, since he is an Australian, but I was so wrong! He taught me so much about the Canadian flight systems, the semantics around points, and how to make long haul biz class happen. I'll never go back, that's for sure.
