I was honestly impressed with the professionalism and the amazing work that they did. They removed the moss from my roof, power, washed my driveway, and cleaned my gutters and windows. When they left, my house was super clean. There were no delays and he responded to my texts within a few minutes. A friend referred me to them, and I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of any of their services.

I have had Jesse with Prime Quality out to clear my gutters and clean windows for years. The last couple of years I put off this maintenance due to cancer treatments. Let's just say the cleaning was LONG overdue!! Gutters were cleared, windows inside and out including tracks were beautifully cleaned. They even did my mirrors. I couldn't believe how efficiently they worked. Jesse has always been meticulous. He is good about getting back to me and is easy to work with. Thank you Jesse! I can see out my windows now! Jesse and team member cleaned the gutters and gutter guards on my two story house, washed off the moss in the roof crevices, ensured the downspouts were operational, and installed a rain chain. These guys are the real deal. Showed up early, worked extra hard, and left my home looking so much better than before. The service was worth every penny and I will definitely hire them again. They are amazing. Jesse even cleaned the opening of a vent on the roof during the estimate the day before, as a preliminary service at no charge. Yes, amazing. On a previous visit they removed a large pile of garden soil for us. They did a FANTASTIC and very thorough job! Another January, another excellent visit by Prime Quality Maintenance to clean the rain gutters of our two-story home in Old Land Park. I called owner Jesse, and he set an appointment for a couple days later -- a Saturday morning. He then arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. Jesse and his assistant did a thorough cleaning, wearing full safety gear and a tether while working on the roof. And as they always have done, they left the roof and yards cleaner than they found them. Jesse charges a reasonable fee for the amount of work performed. You might find cheaper, but I doubt the quality of work and the adherence to safety would be equal to that of Prime Quality Maintenance.

Jesse returned my voice mail within a couple of hours, answered my questions, and we scheduled an appointment. His team was hard working, efficient, and HONEST. I read positive reviews on our neighborhood NextDoor and decided to give him a call.They were here early getting their gear ready and on time to get to work at the time we scheduled. They cleaned our windows and gutters and now every time I look out my windows I keep saying WOW! I used this business because of the way their listing was worded in the yellow pages. Jesse and his Helper arrived early and did a fabulous job. I am so pleased. They are very thorough, removing all the spider webs from the outside walls and fixtures, the windows , frames, and tracks are immaculate. They are very pleasant gentlemen and deserve a 5 star recommendation. I will definitely call them again. Jesse even cleaned all of my mirrors ! My home is located in Sacramento.

I had my windows cleaned, my house and power washed monday, June 12, 2017 by Prime Quality Maintenance. I am absolutely thrilled. my windows and runners are gleaming. the brick patio is moss free (it is on the north side of the house) the power washing made my house look new. so long cobwebs and yukky stuff.
