We’ve hired Luis and his team to do two jobs for us;1) cutting and installing a stone patio in our back yard, and2) installing new sod and fixing the sprinklers in our front lawn.Each time they came Luis also took care of hauling away garbage and green waste . They did a fantastic job both times. My husband and I both found Luis’s prices to be competitive but the quality of the work high. He was reliable and easy to communicate with. Luis is EXTREMELY FAST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL! He came in gave me an estimate to remove 2 queen palms and install new sod he was 1 of 3 different companies that responded extremely fast and was on it when i had a question. I saw Luis from Big Country on Instagram one day and I watched his videos and I was like this is the guy we need to hire! I got ripped off by a guy who claimed to have experience in excavating. He had no equipment, his guys didn’t use any levels and half way through the job asked me for more money. When Luis came to take a look at my yard he immediately saw the mess and said “I can fix this.” He did, he was upfront with the price there were no surprises. I’m so glad I found him. He’s honest, his crew is amazing, he comes equipped with the right equipment to get the job done.
