I called RS Puram branch Jawed Habib and made an appointment and reached within 15 minutes. The appointment was confirmed but on arrival we were asked to wait as the staff were having their tea. On a Sunday when it is usually busy..the outlet had no customers and 3-4 staff. Did make me and my nephew think twice ..but since I had booked the appointment it was ok. Haircut was very well done by Tahir. However I was dissatisfied with my pedicure.. the dead skin and a few callouses were not attended to appropriately..also shockingly..in any place the reason one avails a pedicure is because of the massage and relaxation it offers.Also there is no scrub offered either..this information was not provided to a customer. Although I was given 20% discount on my pedicure which was written as manicure on the bill for some strange reason mentioned on the bill .. I thank the staff for their friendly nature...but definitely there was no value for money.Hope it helps. Less

However in this place it was sooo noisy with customers chattering, bright light and no music at all. I didn't even feel any difference after the spa.3) I opted for premium Hair spa. As I was told the spa products are gonna be of high quality. Soon after the spa i went back home. After my hair was naturally dry, there was no change at all!. I am a regualr customer of tony and guy and green trends. After the hair spa in these places, my hair looks good for the next three weeks.yesterday my hair was as normal as it looks after oiling and shampooing. They don't practice what they claim.My 3 stars are for Monal whose service was good. And she can't be held responsible for the products. Had the products used were good I wud hv given 4 stars.However please fine tune ur front desk if u dont wanna lose customers. Well, I am never coming back to a place where I dont feel welcomed and I get to experience low grade products!!My hair is as it is.. I really feel like asking for refund..
