I was very pleased with the remote notary service provided by Ty in my home for a complicated residential real estate closing on an out-of-state property, using a power of attorney to sign VA loan, title, and other settlement docs on behalf of a family member who is out of the country. I had previously not known this would even be possible.This remote notary signing saved me great expense compared to round trip airfare! Ty provided clear instructions with patience, and carefully double-checked every page. The process was conducted efficiently and accurately. Would certainly use this service again!
