It is with great pleasure that I write this review. Mrs. Baskfield was referred ro me by a friend to handle my refinance during a difficult period in my life. I heard or read she was a miracle worker, which is what I needed! My Lord! Well, to get to the point, Mrs. Baskfield was just that... a miracle worker. And while working her miracle, she was professional, PATIENT, kind, resilient, and gentle (to name a few of her qualities) in walking me through to entire process. She is a woman of her word; she said she will help me again with a refinance and she did just that, with all the same characteristics. This was even extended to another home I had. I will also say, if (and that is a big if) she was not able to do something, she let it be made known but found someone who could (as it applied to my second home). And even then, she was available to answer questions and continue to guide me through. My life, my financial life, is the better in ways succored by her guidance and boldness in truthtelling. I am forever grateful to know there are honest, hardworking, God fearing individuals like Mrs. Baskfield. And of note, her staff/team did not fall short of these same work ethics and characteristics. The best experience ever i had a pending application with another lender for a while and my realty agent advised me to put in application with Victoria Baskfield from the time I put in my application and closing 08/01/2025 approximately three and 1/2 weeks best experience i have had so far being a first time buyer very considerate ,helpfull and will guide all through the entire process with the help of her team shout out to Lourelyn amazing 👏 if you are in doubt try Dream Mortgage .
