My first visit. I had a great experience with the entire Jones Optical staff today. Front desk ladies were attentive with a smile, easy check in. The intake tech was efficient and friendly. Dr. Burgwald was professional and I felt comfortable and not rushed. Pam was a great help with picking out frames she really knows what she's doing. Overall, this was the best experience ever!!
