I didn't like the way they did my loved ones neck, they had it fat and she wasn't big. They also had us take the flowers that go on top of the casket because they didn't have anywhere to put them (service was Wed. burial Friday). The communication was horrible from the girls the answer the phone, they're clueless.

they are TRASH. They sent my fathers death certificates TO THE WRONG PERSON. I was supposed to receive them SIX MONTHS AGO. when I contacted them about it, they say IT'S NOT OUR FAULT AND YOU HAVE TO BUY MORE IF YOU WANT MORE. They have been horrible through the ENTIRE PROCESS. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I 100% recommend ME Rodriguez. The care and compassion every employee shows is very comforting. Circumstances of my fathers passing and whether we would be able to have an open casket weighed heavy on our hearts. ME Rodriguez did an amazing job on him. Our friends and family were able to see him off and say their last goodbyes. Words can not describe how important this was to our family, I will be forever grateful ❤.

There are no words that I can say to express my absolute love for this funeral home. In December of 2014 my mother passed away in her sleep. We had just ended our 8 year long estrangement and I had brought my two sons to meet her. ME Rodriquez was suggested to us by an angel that was there after hours of the paramedics trying to revive her. She was terminally ill, but I could not produce a DNR because of the estrangement. The wonderful people at this funeral home were amazing. I obviously couldn’t stay in San Antonio. I had to get my kids back and get back to work. They made sure she was treated with love and dignity and they shipped her cremains to me. Fast forward to September 27th, 2019. This is the day I was notified of my brothers murder. He was murdered August 31st, they didn’t find him until September 14th and didn’t find me until the 27th. We had been estranged for about two years. I had been waiting for my brother to get himself together so we could spread our mother’s ashes together. So I went and found my mom and looked at the label so I knew exactly who to call. They dealt with my tantrum when I insisted he be picked up immediately from the M.E.’s office and helped me navigate the paperwork for Victims of Crimes. Less than a month later he is back in my arms. This could have taken months had they not put the paperwork through themselves to help me get him home. It’s a sad day and a joyous day. My brother is here with me now, but I have to say goodbye to them both at the same time when I finally get the courage to spread their ashes. M.E.
