I just played a wedding at this place and it was really wonderful! Great acoustics, beautiful classy interior, a really cool 360° view of downtown. Seemed like there was plenty of close parking. And last but certainly not least, the people who work there were all very nice and very polite! Definitely worth checking this place out!

Beautiful venue not only for weddings but for any kind of work event, corporate event, party, marketing launch et cetera — it is available. This was for Windup Watch Fair March 2026, it provided a great backdrop for our SEIKO clock product. A few thousand folks came through, well organised outside in pulsing people through. Planning our wedding from out of state could’ve been stressful, but working with Michelle at Hickory Street Annex made everything incredibly smooth. She is extremely responsive, flexible, and always clear in her communication. Her support took so much pressure off the process—we always felt informed and taken care of. The venue itself is beautiful and unique, which our guests loved. Michelle truly made the experience exceptional and helped make our special day the best night ever!

Hickory Street Annex is the perfect wedding venue! Michelle is nice, always has the answers and quick to respond. Her curated list of vendors accelerates the learning curve. Each vendor she recommended performed at the highest level. I loved the venue; huge windows, comfortable / relaxing and numerous touches that provide a home feel. I am looking for a reason to return.

I recently had my wedding at Hickory Street Annex and it could not have been more perfect! From the initial tour/booking through the wedding day, everything was better than I could’ve hoped for! Working with Michelle was awesome, she was super accommodating and happy to answer any and all questions that arose during the planning process. The space itself is phenomenal! It has a unique vibe that is still very much Dallas centric. We had multiple guests and vendors comment to us how cool of a space it was. If I had to redo the day I would pick Hickory Street Annex every time!

We had our wedding at Hickory Street Annex and to say it was perfect was an understatement. The venue itself is so gorgeous, especially at night with the huge windows and view of downtown. The staff was so helpful while also not even knowing they were there. Everything went so smoothly because of the staff and their relationship with our vendors. They know EVERYONE and will make your day so special and stress free. I could not recommend Hickory Street Annex enough!!! Thank you Michelle and team!
