They told me they'd go to the home ASAP.In April of 2024, my brother stated, "our yard is the worst looking yard on the street, and it isn't even close." Hearing that, I called this company and told them what my brother had relayed to me, and the woman said, "we have y'all on the schedule for later this week." Well, that day came and went and they never showed. I called and asked why they didn't come to the home like they said they would and they again came up with an excuse.I told them that clearly only coming once a month wasn't enough, we'd like the (2) visits a month at $60 a visit. They sent an agreement and we agreed to it. They came out the next morning and "serviced" the yard. My brother, minutes after the company left, took pictures of their work and called me. It was more like, "lack of work" due to them literally doing nothing.Seeing the pictures he'd sent, I was disgusted. This company was coming to our home, charging us for work that wasn't getting done. I called the company multiple times to tell them the issue, but no one answered. (They have tried calling back numerous times, but we are so over them). On top of them coming and charging us, after I cancelled, they then had the nerve to charge us $75 instead of the $60 we agreed to. I guess that extra $15 is really needed. I was watching the crew from work as they were all standing in my driveway and even my doorway and constantly setting off my cameras and even saved the video of them blowing the stuff on to my property. I'd immediately called the phone number listed on their truck and website and got a voice-mail line so I'd left a message informing them of the situation and asking them to return my call to discuss this. Five calendar days later and still no response. I will be submitting this review, picture, and recorded video to everywhere I possibly can to let people know that this company doesn't actually care about the messes they make nor, even, their reputation. All I'd wanted was a simple apology and for their employees to be more careful in the future, as I'd needed to clean up my front from the wind storm as well...but what I did NOT need, as a permanently injured veteran with back and hip problems, was the added clean-up from the mess that they piled on. These folks did a major clean up at my home to get it ready to be listed for sale. The whole team was responsive and easy to work with. The yard looked amazing...never better! Just before the closing date I had them do a refresher and the got yard back to amazing. I am moving out of the area , so I won't be using them in the future, but I highly recommend this company.
