We cannot say enough about how helpful and professional ASC has been in helping us identify the most cost-effective, efficient heat & air pump unit for our home. Our home warranty company had dodged repairing or replacing of our defunct system for about six months. As Texas heat set in and our indoor thermometer hit 90 degrees we had to act independently. I researched companies and systems. When I contacted ASC, Ron, the company owner, spent time on the phone and through emails helping me compare systems. He didn't try to oversell us. He identified discounts and rebates that brought down the price of the system we ultimately selected. His installation team was on time and professional spending two days in the heat to install our system. This level of customer service is something I rarely experience anymore. I highly recommend you consider their services if you face the need for replacing your HVAC system - which is a considerable investment. And - BTW - I am not letting the warranty company off the hook. I am in the process of recovering what they should have provided - and then some. :)

I don't normally write reviews, but ASC absolutely went above and beyond. After another company threw their arms in the air and failed to diagnose an error code on my HVAC and then tried to push thousands of dollars for unnecessary maintenance(!!!) I called ASC.The customer service at ASC was incredible. The owner, Ron, actually connected with me on a weekend night to troubleshoot. When the technician, Kman, came out, he was professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Because the error code was rare, he contacted the manufacturer directly to ensure it was diagnosed correctly.ASC fixed the problem fairly, professionally, and with a true customer-first mindset. They completely won me over!
