Was a awesome experience everyone made you feel welcome. Grandmasters Pellegrini and Gridley were very knowledgeable and presented the material in a way you could understand .the knowledge I gained in 1 6 hour seminar was a lot. If you are looking for somewhere to train the people at Martial arts academy of Southern Pines are top notch. Everyone makes you feel welcome and is willing to step in and help if you are having a problem with the technique

MAASPI has been such a great school for our kids. Over the past four years, we’ve watched them go from pretty shy to genuinely confident. The instructors are positive and encouraging, and they do a great job teaching real self defense skills while also helping the kids believe in themselves. It meant a lot when an instructor from another school recently noticed their skill and discipline—it just confirms they’re learning from great instructors. We’re so glad we found MAASPI and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and confidence building martial arts school.

MAASPI is an awesome place to learn, train, and master a discipline whether you're 10 or 60. I started my Granddaughter in BJJ at MAASPI when she was 6 and now she's a 10 yr old Gray Belt in Alabama with 3 tournaments under her belt. Great Instructors; great learning environment; great experience. I'm in my 60's and restarted BJJ last month with the new BJJ Instructors and glad I did it. Professor Townley and Coach Tyler have with a wide range of experience in Jiu Jitsu, Army Combatives, wrestling, and MMA. It's a great place to learn and practice self defense whether you're a new White Belt or have an advanced colored belt. Check it out.
