I have been to this yard 2 times in the last 3 months for absolutely everything. New running gear, engine work, fiberglass, paint, prop repair, bottom paint, through hulls, dive platform installation, compound and wax. Pablo is the easiest and friendliest professional. He and Arelis are a dynamic duo who are communicative, honest and on top of everything. I have been to the other yards, scammers, crooks and bait and switch, not here, very fair prices and great people doing honest work.

Highly recommend this small marina, I have had the opportunity to meet Ed the owner, Arelis the office manager, and Pablo the yard manager and their outside crew. Everyone is very helpfuland friendly. I have done some projects there and you can't beat their pricing. They always have the customer's best interest at heart. I will not go anywhere else for all my repairs.You guys are the BEST!

Have been to this marina several times and always get the same professional, honest and friendly service. Pablo the Yard Manager and Arelis the Office Manager are both very knowledgeable in the marine industry and helpful. The yard is well kept and allows do it yourself projects like mine. I highly recommend everyone to visit the yard.

Big thank you to Pablo the yard manager, he was incredible! Kept me updated the entire time! Terrific service, our boat had a major issue, Pablo offered exceptional care to make sure my boat arrived safely and they fixed everything, a lot of marinas don’t take the time to run through everything but these guys went above and beyond. I have to say this marina is amazing the help that i got from pablo and the rest of the team was unreal what a great people i did alot of work to my 40 foot catamaran this marina is super safe gated with 24h secuity super clean i cant say enough i will be back for sure.

First off Let me Start by saying I found a new Family at Middle Point Marina. Pablo the manager is one of the Best Human Beings that I have came across. From the initial point of contact to the very day that my vessel departed from Middle Point Marina the customer service has been unmatched. Is very rare that you find in this yachting industry, honest people that are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate all your needs and to make whatever process your vessel is undergoing transition so smoothly that it is seamless.
