The inspector was quick to respond and was great. He's the only reason this isn't a 1 star. I had to call every single day to get any updates, a few times they actually had questions. Each time I was told we were waiting on an estimate. A week and a half and the estimator calls me with questions so they can work on the estimate. I had already hired another company and they were doing the work when I got the call.

In Sept 2025 we came home from an overnight trip and found two inches of water in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. The culprit? A rusted out water heater located in a cabinet in the walk-on closet. Mint Restoration was immediately responsive. They removed the water and set up heat and ventilation systems to remove moisture from soaked flooring, carpet and sheetrock to minimize damage and prevent mold. Once insurance approved Mint’s estimate for repairs, they brought in a crew, and within six days they had replaced the subflooring, insulation, Sheetrock and more. They went beyond the call of duty when we decided to move the water heater outside and replumb the entire house with a different supplier, but did the modifications necessitated by the changes. Our home is beautiful again. They finished the job today, hauled all the trash away and even brought in a cleaning woman to spiff the place up. They finished ahead of schedule to boot. We couldn’t be happier with Mint restoration and would recommend them to anyone, anytime, any place.

I had a home fire. The next day my daughter called and asked then to board up my place. It was done well. I also asked for a bid for demolition and removal. Three bid was reasonable and they completed the job in a timely manner during the incredibly hot Yuma summer.

Mint Restoration came highly recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. From the discovery of the water damage, mitigation, and repairs they were very professional and courteous. The quality of work was superior and done in a timely manner. My repair team members were always on time and left the job site clean. This was my first experience with water damage and they walked me through the process addressing all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.
