Today, I had a flat tire near the end of the work day. Shane from the Rick’s via Mercedes Roadside assistance came to my rescue. My husband has just left for a business trip and I need the car for my daughter’s medical appointment early next morning. Shane came quickly and loaded my car in no time. While loading my car, he reminded me to take my garage door opener, insurance and all documents needed for a loaner car. He got to the dealer so quickly before their closing. I not only properly checked in my own car for repair but also got a loaner car thanks to Shane’s quick actions and kindness. I don’t what I would do if Shane was not there. Thanks a millions!

Tim was an absolute lifesaver this morning! I was struggling with a dead battery and a language barrier, but he was incredibly patient and used Google Translate to communicate with me in Japanese. Not only did he jump-start my car quickly, but he also gave me great advice on where to get my battery replaced. He is professional, kind, and goes above and beyond. Came in clutch today with a tow back home when my car died out on me a ways from home! After I requested a tow Shane gave me a call and let me know he was on his way and was right on time. Got my car loaded up quick and easy, with a smooth ride. I appreciate his friendliness and willingness to drop off my car right where I needed it. Definitely worth it! Got a flat and needed a tow for my sportscar. . They were really helpful and accommodated my request for a flatbed and the first driver, Dominic stayed until the flatbed arrived. The owner even came out himself as he was nearby and supervised the whole thing. They took great care with the car and Shane was quick and professional. Happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars to this team.

Shane went above and beyond with the towing of my car when its starter died. When he arrived at the parking garage, Shane found that the height clearance listed at the entrance is higher than the one listed just inside, and therefore was unable to get his truck to the 5th floor where my car was parked. He ended up pushing the car (with me at the wheel) all the way down, with the help of a Samaritan we ran into on the second floor. Shane was cheerful and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you again, Shane!

Omar's service is incredible: he is very nice and quick. It cost me $50 for my lockout and he used an inflatable wedge. The man who initially answered my call seemed confused. I told him through text that I would be at my car at 12:15pm. I called about 10 minutes later and said, 'just confirming that you will be there around 12:15pm as well?' He said, 'you can't do earlier or right now?' I said, 'no I cannot.' He asks, 'what time can you do?' I said, "well I said in my text that I'm available at 12:15 so I'm only available at 12:15pm." I find it strange that this had to be clarified when I gave clear details from the beginning. I would appreciate better listening.

My son's car wouldn't start and I was so stressed. He was late for school and his car was blocking mine, so I needed tow service right away. I can't say enough good things about Rick's Towing! He was incredibly kind, professional and communicative from start to finish. He immediately put my mind at ease and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I couldn't believe how fast he arrived at my home and was able to get the car on his truck. Very impressive. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just towing cars.
