Today, I had a flat tire near the end of the work day. Shane from the Rick’s via Mercedes Roadside assistance came to my rescue. My husband has just left for a business trip and I need the car for my daughter’s medical appointment early next morning. Shane came quickly and loaded my car in no time. While loading my car, he reminded me to take my garage door opener, insurance and all documents needed for a loaner car. He got to the dealer so quickly before their closing. I not only properly checked in my own car for repair but also got a loaner car thanks to Shane’s quick actions and kindness. I don’t what I would do if Shane was not there. Thanks a millions!

Tim was an absolute lifesaver this morning! I was struggling with a dead battery and a language barrier, but he was incredibly patient and used Google Translate to communicate with me in Japanese. Not only did he jump-start my car quickly, but he also gave me great advice on where to get my battery replaced. He is professional, kind, and goes above and beyond. Got a flat and needed a tow for my sportscar. . They were really helpful and accommodated my request for a flatbed and the first driver, Dominic stayed until the flatbed arrived. The owner even came out himself as he was nearby and supervised the whole thing. They took great care with the car and Shane was quick and professional. Happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars to this team.

Shane went above and beyond with the towing of my car when its starter died. When he arrived at the parking garage, Shane found that the height clearance listed at the entrance is higher than the one listed just inside, and therefore was unable to get his truck to the 5th floor where my car was parked. He ended up pushing the car (with me at the wheel) all the way down, with the help of a Samaritan we ran into on the second floor. Shane was cheerful and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you again, Shane!
