Jesse an his team did quite a bit of work on my 4 fireplaces and chimneys. Jesse was always a pleasure to work with. He had some custom copper chimneys caps made and put on my home. They are stunning, to say the least. Jesse fixed all the cracks in the mortar, removed all the black algae, and sealed everything. I would highly recommend.

These two gentlemen showed up at precisely the time they said they would! They got to work on our WOOD STOVE which had not been cleaned in 8 years. They left NOT ONE speck of ash anywhere in the family room where the wood stove sits! They inspected both our roof and chimney and gave us details about our chimney, which also had not been inspected for 10 years or more. The chimney had a crack and had been repaired, but after 40 years, it needs some love again. So happy I heard about this company! We will be using them from now on!

Our rather old fireplace insert was starting to disintegrate, so on the recommendation of our handyman, we called Signature Roof and Chimney. Jesse and Blake were very prompt in getting back to me and making an appointment to come out and look at the situation. After all was said and done, they ordered all the parts to replace the insert plus glass doors that were new to the fireplace. We also had them sweep the chimney while they were here. We have a lot of confidence in their work and it looks great!

In January 2024 I discovered a leak in my primary bedroom and I contacted Signature Roof and Chimney late in the afternoon. Jesse and Blake came out first thing the next morning and located the source of the leak – an ice dam in the valley of the shared roof between mine and my neighbor’s townhomes. They cleared the dam, took all necessary photos and provided a very reasonable repair estimate for my home insurance claim. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about and helpful in explaining how shingles on a flat roof valley are not recommended and that area of the roof should have a membrane to prevent water from seeping under the shingles, which can cause major leaks. Jesse followed up with me on a regular basis while my claim was being processed so we could get the roofing job scheduled in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for better communication or for a better team to complete the work on my roof. They were also ready and willing to talk to my insurance adjustor, my neighbor and his insurance company throughout the process and were happy to split the billing between the two properties to alleviate me having to be the middleman between all parties. Additionally, when my neighbor asked them to give him an estimate to replace his roof they found black mold throughout his attic and when I asked Jesse to check my attic to be safe, he didn’t hesitate to do that on the day they repaired the valley (thankfully no mold on my side!). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jesse and Blake for future jobs as they were truly outstanding! Thanks, guys!

SERIOUSLY!!!! #1 Roof guys around. We had a leak start in a bedroom during this last big rain storm. I was given thier number by my brother inlaw. I gave them a call that night. They rushed out the next morning and fixed the problem immediately. The best part in my opinion was they didn't waste either of our time. They didn't come out and just tarp it 1 day and say they would be back to fix later, like every other company would of done. I guess we got lucky they had time immediately. It worked out so good we are going to have them do full replacements of our roofs on 3 of our buildings soon. Don't waste your time calling around.
