I had my Z06 Corvette ceramic coated at Bob Moses and couldn’t be happier with it. It was a great experience from the first time I just stopped in to check it out to them meeting me on a Sunday to drop it off and then meeting me again the following Saturday to pick it up. And the car looks amazing. I highly recommend it. Especially on a black car. Only problem is I can’t get a good pic of it because it is like a mirror and everything reflects in it.

David and team are excellent professionals and I got my Corvette ceramic coated an year ago. One year in and the results hold excellent. Washing the car is a breeze and products used for ceramic coating and post coating regular wash are high quality (Made in Japan). They shipped the post ceramic care products when I ran out and overall a great local business in DFW, competitive rates, and customer focussed. Highly recommended.

What a great team and professional job they recently did on our 2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40SP!! The coach looks brand new!! They did an outstanding job of prepping everything - taking out scratches, fixing chipped paint areas, matching the paint, deep cleaning of the surface, etc. - then expertly applying the coating. They did a fantastic job with our 2017 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40SP!! It looks better than brand new!! They spent a lot of time cleaning it and prepping it (to include fixing some minor chipped paint issues and surface scratches) before applying the coating. They also spent plenty of time going over everything with once when we picked it up to ensure continued care of the coating. I had my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali coated about 3 weeks ago. First off, David is absolutely awesome. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to go way out of his way to help you. The customer service is some of the best I’ve had in an extremely long time. The job they did with my paint correction and the coating are way better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend going to them in Rockwall for your vehicles. I’ll be heading back soon to get my bedcover and engine bay done very soon. Pictures coming after my first wash.

We had our motorhome and Jeep Wrangler coated about a month ago. I waited to submit my review until I saw how it held up. Well, everything they say is true. Although we haven't been able to wash the RV, I clean the front whenever we reach a new campground. With the ceramic coating it takes me longer to get the ladder out than it does to clean off the bugs. At the last campground I got a bucket of water and went around and wiped down the entire rig. I was amazed at how easily everything wiped off. In addition, the staff at Bob Moses couldn't have been any nicer. I highly recommend this product and the Rockwall location. My photos may be difficult to see but they show both clean and dirty areas. Again, these were cleaned with water and a clean microfiber cloth.

Never used them after they took deposit over phone then received email confirming my appointment but also said a 200 dollar charge would apply if they had to was car. Really, 3 stage paint correction and ceramic coating but charge me 200 dollars for a car wash. They ask verbally on the phone to wash car day before bringing it, they were a hour drive from my house. Crap happens. Dont use them and they go away.

This is my first experience with Bob Moses Ceramic Coating and I can say they did an amazing job. We’ve had another vehicle ceramic coated with another company and they did a good job but BMCC did an even better job! The customer service was exceptional and they had my car completed prior to the expected time. Great service all the way around and my car looks amazing. We picked up our RV today from Bob Moses Ceramic Coating in Dallas. There are now words! The coach looks amazing and feels like glass! And not only is the final result awesome, but the complete experience was great. We had an unexpected emergency come up and were not able to pick up the coach as planned, they worked with us and were so understanding and accommodating. The whole experience was phenomenal. David & Courtney and their entire staff are first class and we highly recommend them!

We dropped off our 48 ft 5ver to the Rockwall Bob Moses crew the morning after the storm on May 28 2024. They had no power, so we were set back 24 hours. For these guys, no problem. The team put all hands on our coach and still was delivered on time. The entire team at the Rockwall Bob Moses were simply a great group of people who treated my wife and very kindly and we felt like part of the family!!! We stopped by everyday and were greeted and welcomed by the team working on our coach and they got us to speed on the progress and the process. When we went to pick up our coach this morning, we were completely amazed and blown away of how beautiful it looked!!!!! WOW was all I could say. Our coach looked almost 100% better than the day we took delivery of it almost 2 years ago!!! Thank you David, Courtney, Larry, Robert, Bobby, Trey, Kevin, and little Stetson for your warm hospitality and unparalleled ceramic coating!!! Had a bad experience, I brought up my windows as a concern and they stated they were going to use steel wool to remove stains but you can tell nothing was attempted and they didn't call me to tell me that the issue was still present. As I arrived the truck look good until I drove away and my bumper sensors error code came up on my dash. I noticed that the sensors were no longer installed and had fallen into the rear bumper. I went back and notified the team immediately, they stated their cameras show the sensors were preset when I left but I only left for 1 minute and came right back . No accountability on there end so now I have to take my truck into the shop so they can fix the sensors they messed up. I also identified that they failed to reinstall my hood protector and now my screws are missing. As a business owner I understand things can go wrong but at the end of the day make it right so the customer is satisfied with the services but I have not gotten a repones from my last message. Unfortunately I will not be using them in the future or referring business to them.

Really bad experience they sell themselves as the best in town charge me 1500 dlls for the service on my cadillac they let die my battery died and they will just smile like they are slow they had me more than 2 hours waiting without even call road assistance, I try calling the " sales man or owner " , he just will don't pick up the phone but he sold the service he will talk to me a lot, just stay away from this shop really bad service not recommended, I'm a confirm customer. STAY AWAY !!!!
