I once thought as a 30-year homeowner that I understood enough about roofing, storm damage, etc., that I would be capable of meeting with an insurance companies adjuster and get covered what was needed (and fair). I was wrong. In todays insurance market I am clearly ill prepared to do that on my own and will call EMT to navigate this on all future storm damage issues we might sustain. Mike has the skill, patience, and persistence required to ensure the insurance company is held accountable for covering what your policy says they are responsible for.
