Isaiah and his team were extremely informative and helped me get my roof repaired. They addressed the issues they uncovered, explained what was necessary to resolve it. They even found a hole through my roof decking that I would have never knew about and they were able to help me fix that all within a day. Very fortunate to have discovered and fixed that before the issue got even worse. They did some touch ups across my roof for any problem areas, and repaired the boots on my roof. Would highly recommend, they are extremely knowledgeable and do great work!

We have had Isaiah and Van perform several jobs for us, including roof inspection, treatment and repairs as we were preparing to sell. Isaiah did a great job educating us about what needed to be done and why that did NOT include needing a roof replacement. We had other roofers tell us we needed to replace the whole thing. Second Chance Roofs have very reasonable prices, perform excellent work, have excellent communication and excellent customer service. I very highly recommend hiring them!

They thoroughly examined my roof and were spot on with the problem (the gutters & awning}. They are dedicated, organized, efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their services and will call them in the future.

I reached out to Second Chance Roofs to see if they remove moss and clean gutters. My surrounding neighbors have huge pine trees all around me and I have to deal with all of the aftermath of the branches and pine needles everywhere. I also have a few soft spots on the roof after having a full roof replacement in 2019. The company that replaced my roof will not return my calls, very frustrating. Isaiah with Second Chance was great to talk with and was very knowledgeable. Their pricing is great and he was able to get me on the schedule quickly and was out within a few days. They cleaned my roof and gutters and now they look amazing again. Second Chance will be coming back to repair the soft spots soon.I highly recommend Second Chance Roofs. Isaiah and company are amazing! We had a leak which we thought was under a solar panel. They inspected the area on the roof and in the attic and tracked the cause to a skylight. They saved me time and money as this was a spot repair. I recommend them and will reach out to them for any other roofing projects.

I recently had an emergency roof leak and Second Chance was great about responding quickly and being very transparent with the work they planned to do. They kept me within a budget that I was happy with and didn’t try to talk me into doing anything that was out of my range. I met with Isaiah (the owner of Second Chance Roofs LLC) and was extremely impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. He was on time for my appointment and went over all aspects of the necessary steps to clean and seal my roof. I retired from the service related industry so I’m familiar with dealing with contractors. I chose not to seek additional bids from other Companies because I believe I found the right Contractor for the job. I will be using Isaiah’s services once we get some dry weather.

Isaiah and his partner came out to our place to look at a minor repair and to discuss the Nano coating. Great guy and very knowledgable about roofs and his product. I decided to have him to do the job. He did the minor repair for free and that is seldom seen. Trustworthy and has a good reputation.

We had a wonderful experience with Second Chance Roofs. Our realtor recommended them to inspect our roof. Isaiah and his team respond quickly, are experienced, did a very thorough inspection, provided a detailed report with lots of pics. Isaiah is easy to talk to and does a great job of explaining everything in a detailed but easy to understand way. He found a crack that needed repair, explained why the roof does not need to be replaced yet even with a lot of degranulation, and explained how the newest nano sealant would help protect the shingles from UV, stabilize the granules and improve water repelling. His prices are very reasonable! We had initially asked for a quote for replacement so he gave us one but only after explaining why we didn't need it. His quote was $6,000 less than the one from a company that said it must be replaced. The repairs , cleaning and sealing were all done within a week of contacting them. These guys are honest, straight forward, experienced, well priced, and good communication. Everything we were looking for! We strongly recommend them!
