I would utilise his services again if the need arose and would recommend others who find it difficult to procure property in a competitive housing market to utilise his services as well.He was exceptionally friendly and was willing to humour questions which likely were very basic. He also provided example calculations for his market analysis so I could see the price suggestions for home offers.Of note, his financial structure (at the time of my utilisation) was a flat rate, removing the doubt in my mind about Conflicts of interest with regards to Property offer prices.Post purchasing, he liaisoned with: lawyers, Property managers, mortgage broker, body cooperate, and went to house inspections.
