Love my newly sealed roof! After years of patching our flat roof, we knew it was time to look into having it completely redone. But then I saw an ad for Eco Systems and decided to give them a call. Chris came out, assessed our roof, and said we could have it resealed instead of redone.A crew came out and had our roof completely resealed in 2 days. They even had to remove a section of Spanish tile shingles, reseal underneath, add some flashing in one section where there was none (which was causing a major leak), and replace/re-lay the tile.The roof was power washed before the new sealant was added.I am very happy with the quality of the work and the 20 year product warranty. Would recommend this company.We had our first rain since the roof was resealed and it was the first time in a few years I wasn’t worried.

Hands down Eco Systems is the best! We had leaks and the response was quick. Chris the owner came out and did an inspection for free. He was honest and told us exactly what we needed. Chris is very professional. Got the job done fast. Was very accommodating in relation to payments as there was a solar panel crew on flat roof that had to work before and after Eco completed the job. There last bit of work was on hold due to the other company.Nevertheless, ECO went over and beyond call of duty by removing old HVAC units with a crane for no additional cost. Pricing was very competitive and for what was put into the job, I could not have found a better price.
