I received a text message at 1:17 PM from “Chrysta” indicating they could see me that day (Saturday) and that they accept walk-ins. We arrived at 3:14 PM. Upon entering, we found the employee preoccupied with friends or family members, I presume, visiting her. Which is fine, no problem, but it seemed she was not interested in having us prolong her Saturday or interfere with the company she had on the premises.When I asked about services for myself and my son, she asked us to make an appointment for the following day because they were closing “soon” at 4pm. I wish her text correspondence at 1:17pm had mentioned the necessity of arriving 1.5 hours before closing, especially given that my son was sick and it required significant effort to get him there.Better communication is needed and a possible change of the displayed hours might be necessary to avoid this inconvenience for future prospective clients. Most places take customers up until closing. If clients need to arrive one or two hours before, that should be conveyed. Wasted my time and energy going up there for services. They just lost two potential regular customers/members.On a positive note, I contacted LuxeMobileIV.com and they sent someone to my house in less than an hour!!! Excellent service was provided! They have tons of five star reviews. Give them a try! Their menu is in pics below. Less

Ive been doing IV therapy for a few years now and Prime is by far my favorite.

Came in for my vitamin shots today and the nurse Savannah did such a great job. I have a fear of needles but it didnt even hurt at all.

They only take appointments or walk ins til 4:30. Idk why their website says otherwise. The massage chairs are Heaven

It was a wonderful experience. The RNs treated us so well as we went in for immunity ivs. They made us feel welcomed when we walked in, and were personable. A licensed doctor on zoom made sure we were good to go too. We sat in very comfortable massage chairs and relaxed in a spa like setting for an hour. Very nice. You can feel the IV as it’s cold, and we felt much better afterwards. They apologized when they missed our veins, which we knew they felt bad. That’s why I give it only four stars. I’m certain our dehydration didn’t help for finding the veins, but they did a great job making sure we were not in any pain. Less

Ask for the skinny mermaid it’s their off menu item but great for weight loss and skin. Can’t wait to come back!!! Oh and don’t forget about the super soft blanket and flavored water!... More
