I do not like to leave a review like this because my experience didn’t start off this way, but unfortunately it ended very poorly.I requested to cancel my membership before the next billing cycle, and despite calling multiple times and following up consistently, it took over two weeks for anyone to process or even properly respond to the cancellation. During that delay, I was charged for another full month ($300), which should have never happened.Communication was extremely disappointing. Calls were not returned, and there was a clear lack of urgency or accountability in handling something as simple as a cancellation request.What made things worse was how the remaining services were handled. I had kept my membership active for the full contract term, even when I wasn’t using it as much, with the intention of catching up gradually. At no point during sign-up—or even during the cancellation conversation—was it clearly communicated that I would only have a limited window to use the remaining IVs and injections. Now, I’m being told that those services will go to waste and have expired, which feels completely unfair and misleading. I would’ve paid for an additional month to give myself time to use them but out of spite it was done before even speaking with me. I explained that to Savannah and we sat in an awkward silence . .The most disappointing part was the shift in attitude. Someone who was previously very friendly and welcoming became cold, dismissive, and uninterested once I raised concerns. There was no effort to understand, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no sense of valuing a long-term customer. It honestly felt like the friendliness only existed while money was actively being spent.Between the poor communication, the billing issue, and the lack of transparency around unused services, I feel like I’ve wasted a significant amount of money.I would strongly caution anyone considering a visit and especially getting a membership here. Make sure you fully understand the fine print, cancellation terms, and how unused services are handled—because it may not be clearly explained upfront.Overall, very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend.
