I had a frozen shower drain. Chad and Tanner from CSS came to assist. The service response was quick and the problem solved. Chad and Tanner found an issue with why I keep getting the shower drain frozen, even though I put RV antifreeze down, and advised me what needed to be done. I cannot recommend CSS highly enough. I highly recommend CSS. We got a tank alert and started to limit waste water output. CSS worked us into their already tight schedule, pumped out 1,000 gals and then diagnosed a tank float problem. I want to thank John, Kim, Chad and Tanner for solving the problem of the stink in our home plaguing us since Mid December 2024. We had many companies in to deal with the problem to no avail. After running a smoke test a cracked sewage pipe was discovered and repaired. I am happy to report we are now stink-free!
