I was at my wits end ready to just walk out and leave everything because no matter what I did or threw away the pest only multiplied In a disgusting inhabitable amount! Our building became infested with cockroaches after a complete exterior remodel and replacing roof, siding parts and paint. We was assigned Blue Beetle Pest Control. We was getting 4 treatments for four weeks in a row. The first two visits there was a different person each time that came to exterminate. The 3rd week when Manning arrived I was already literally in tears because I had been sick tryin to prepare for the exterminator at the same time trying to be on Guard at the door because laying on the sofa I was killing scores of Them the came in and out like it was a shopping center! He immediately started listening to my rant and immediately knew what he was going to do to bring relief and get rid of the no rent paying squatters! I wouldn’t even let family or company come over because it is so embarrassing! I Had to stop selling goods on Marketplace because I was afraid to keep anything I sell in the home to accidentally send the pest with the product! I couldn’t use dressers, cabinets, leave any loaf of bread on the counter or anything! When Manning was here he was very considerate of me and my companion animals plus he was very thorough with his application and explained everything that I could do to rid and prevent pests from returning! I noticed a decrease and results the same day. I was happy the company sent him back for the next follow up visit the next week because like a doctor would know me personally and my history, he remembered everything we had talked about to remedy or the problem areas! He is very customer oriented and made no judgments or showed any expressions of lifestyle beyond professional recommendations!I’m confident this problem will be gone!Even though this isn’t Mannings normal area he works, hopefully Blue Beetle keeps sending him back for the routine pest control treatments! In my opinion this guy puts his whole heart and expertise into his applications to make sure the problem leaves and never comes back! He acts like it’s his very own face and reputation on the results! That is a rare find!! The person that slayed this dragon should rule the territory and be very highly rewarded!This Expert deserves a huge raise because he represents Blue Beetle with a five star excellence!I have given hundreds of reviews and not one time have I ever given five stars before now! I always say no one is perfect! But there’s not any area this guy needs to improve! He’s on time, very quick and thorough doing the job 100% right!I would recommend other Customer Service Pest Control experts learn from Manning! Tell Manning Thank you so much again and if I had the money I would have gave him a huge tip because I’m so grateful!!If you are reading this trying to decide what company to use for an exterminator, hands down, Call the Blue Beetle guys! Their vehicles are even painted to look like a giant blue beetle! Little kids love that!!
