I came to Collins Chiropractic because I've been waking up with mid back stiffness on and off for years. Dr. Collins made clear recommendations on what it would take to get me into a better place and he was spot on with his plan of care. I have been able to work out in the yard without back soreness, haven't been waking up with stiffness, and have noticed my mobility improving in the gym especially with overhead lifts. I am 64 yo. have have suffered recurring sciatica over the years. That flares up when I do not have the time to spend to stretch, do range of motion and resistance exercises on a daily basis. Which amounts to a minimum of an hour. I had recently taken on a new job that requires working at a desk for hours. The sciatica returned and the pain was through the roof after 2 months of this. Flaring up at bedtime, of course. So painful that I only doze off out of exhaustion then to be snatched awake in tears. After my initial visit with Dr Collins, the severe pain stopped. After the third visit my pain level is 0. It is extraordinary. Thank you Dr Collins! ❤️
