Bad experience for non-members. This is my second visit to the Edgewater location. My first visit was great, I was impressed with the service and comfort of the massage chairs while getting an IV. On my second visit i was placed in an uncomfortable, not private chair in the hallway and told massage chairs are only for members. I explained that I live an hour away and membership is not practical. Tough luck, the hallway for me. I would not come here again.

Every time I try to come they never have nurses on staff. I am constantly turned away because of lack of staff. The manager Chloe has been no help and has even closed the door on my face. I’ve never had such rude service and this was a waste ofmoney. Please do not support this business because you will end up out of money with no service.

Wow, what an awesome experience and service! I bought my husband a membership so we could enjoy the massage chairs as well as the IV and they are by far the best massage chairs we’ve ever experienced! Totally relaxing experience! Such a fun date/gift and perfect for both of us achieving our health goals. He’s a performance athlete and I suffer from autoimmune diseases, and both of us were able to get customized drips to help us with our personalized goals. We will be back!!
