We were looking for a roof repair after a windy storm hit our area. We had another company come out and do the repair, but unfortunately, they didn't do a good job and it resulted in more shingles coming loose after another storm. We contacted Zeus Exteriors and Greg took good care of us. He showed up when he promised to, and fixed our problem (and the other guys' work). This was customer service done right. I found Zeus Exteriors through a long time friend that knows I don’t just trust anyone to projects such as these for my home.Recently, we had terrible winds (1/8) and I polluted my neighbors yards with roof shingles that had been ripped off. Yikes! I reached out to Mike and he said he’d be there same day! He was very communicative, he gave me an estimated time, followed up with me letting me know he’d be here (still in the timeframe he initially said). When he got here he let me know what he’d be doing and let me know what needed to be fixed. He gave me the update and was able to fix it same day. Yay to no insurance claim! I had Zeus replace a chimney cap and repair 2 chimney crowns on my historic Queen Anne Victorian house. The work was completed promptly and done well. The workers were professional and conscientious of my house and property. The cap had to be custom made to match the other 2 to comply with the historical district requirements and it looks great. After a recent storm with strong wind caused some major damages on my roof, I called Greg from Zeus Exteriors for an initial inspection. He found a hole penetrating both tiles and deck along with other signs of damage. He patched up the hole and came for additional reinforcement two more times to get a real good seal. He was very pleased to work with and had provided all necessary support for my insurance claim. Prior to and during installation of new roof, he had been very responsive through text messages and phone calls or coming in person if needed. The new roof was done in one day.
