Mike was the first out of 4 contractors that I called for a leak in my roof. He graciously sealed where the leak for no charge and inspected the roof and suggested we call for an insurance adjuster to come out. I had a section on my kitchen ceiling where I had water damage. We made the appointment with the adjuster and they walked the premises. He was extremely thorough in pointing out all the damage that I had incurred some I wasn’t even aware of. He scheduled two contractors for the inside damage and got estimates. The insurance only wanted to paint the inside and not fix the sheetrock so after a couple of supplement requests and pictures we were awarded the proper amount to fix the inside properly. I have solar panels so he had to coordinate the removal of them before they could do the roof. The roof I chose is fabulous and works so well with my exterior paint. He also brought extra decking and replaced several pieces that needed to be replaced. Also I was able to replace my garage doors due to damage and he is providing the paint to match the house. The solar panels go up tomorrow so I will be all set after that. Mike went the extra mile to make sure the insurance adjuster followed through and was able to get everything completely covered.
