Unfortunately, we had mixed experiences. Communication, in particular, was very difficult and unprofessional, both before and after the work. Emails are poorly responded to. When you call, they repeatedly promise to email you the same day (including the correct invoice and an answer to your question), but then don't. When they're waiting for payment, they do manage to find you (despite you having repeatedly requested the correct invoice), even pestering family members with messages. We've now been waiting two months for the warranty certificate, and emails and phone calls are being ignored. It's a shame, because the work itself appears to have been carried out well, but ultimately, we wouldn't recommend Den The owner has contacted us with the requested documents and an apology.
