USA Cabinet Store replaced our very old cabinets and we are loving it. They were able to add so much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The choices they have are amazing. Tony is great and helped us pick out the two-tone slim shaker cabinets and quartz countertop. And the cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. It took a little over two months, and it was well worth it.

It was a pleasure working with Tony at the USA Cabinet Store. Since we have experience with renovations, our kitchen remodel was a joint effort between us and his crews. He was very accommodating with delays we caused and worked closely with us throughout the build. As can be seen in the pictures, the kitchen is beautiful and the quality of the design and construction is outstanding. Toni spent a lot of time with us helping pick the right cabinet maker and counter for our project and and putting our disjointed ideas into a concrete design. We are planning a bathroom renovation and have asked Toni to help with the project.

Very disappointing kitchen remodeling experience.The project took much longer than promised.Poor communication throughout the process.Workmanship was below basic expectations.Cabinets were installed unevenly.Several measurements were incorrect.Materials used were not what was agreed upon.Workers arrived late and left early.Cleanup was careless and incomplete.Multiple issues had to be fixed repeatedly.Customer service was unhelpful.I regret choosing this company.Would not recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, we had mixed experiences. Communication, in particular, was very difficult and unprofessional, both before and after the work. Emails are poorly responded to. When you call, they repeatedly promise to email you the same day (including the correct invoice and an answer to your question), but then don't. When they're waiting for payment, they do manage to find you (despite you having repeatedly requested the correct invoice), even pestering family members with messages. We've now been waiting two months for the warranty certificate, and emails and phone calls are being ignored. It's a shame, because the work itself appears to have been carried out well, but ultimately, we wouldn't recommend Den The owner has contacted us with the requested documents and an apology.

USA Cabinet Store did a full remodel for both our kitchen and master bath in 2022. They did an incredible job with the design/layout, sourcing materials and installation. Tony and Joseph were easy to work with and very accommodating. Joseph was very present in overseeing the installation and making sure quality work was done (a stark contrast from another remodeler we used). There were very few minor issues that USA Cabinet happily remedied. We were impressed enough with the quality and ease of the process to again use USA Cabinet for our master closet remodel this year. Another thing to note, is that I was pregnant and had a toddler at home during the kitchen and bath remodel. All of the workers were very respectful and kind, and I never felt unsafe during this particularly vulnerable time when my husband could not be present.

They were very knowledgeable about up to date design ideas and found ways to incorporate our ideas as well. We love our island on wheels. Tony and Joseph were very responsive.
