I went in yesterday and Brandon and another gentleman (forgive me for forgetting your name) service me and let me just tell you 10/10 OVERLY recommend! It was my first time there and Costa oil will be my go to no matter the distance. They are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I was in and out ! We’ve been using Costa for about 2 years now, driving well out of our way to do so. I went initially because it was close to work, making for a quick errand on my lunch break. I have since switched jobs but I’ve continued to go and refer friends/family because of the great customer service. Recently I had an issue following an oil change. The owner, Ralph, was quick to respond. He listened and offered assistance personally, even offering to drive to me with a jack if necessary. He and his team took care of everything in a way that is unheard of now in world full of corporate run companies that simply don’t care. He turned the situation into a training opportunity and gave us an even higher level of trust for this shop than we did before. If you want a shop that you can trust to take care of your vehicle and treat you as more than just a number visit Costa!
