Where do I start?
Let’s start from the beginning…
A coworker sent me the link and told me about the challenge ( Best Coworker ever am I right?) during the 6 week challenge I have lost 16lbs, but lets not just focus on the number, there’s so much more, I went down on clothing size. I am able to move around without having to loose my breath, I learned how to eat better without having to starve myself.
Now let’s talk about the gym: the culture and the atmosphere 10/10 I’ve never been to a gym where you are at group setting yet it feels like you are getting a one on one treatment, every coach takes the time to explain, correct and master each workout, and move which encourages you to be better and do best you can without getting hurt.
The owners, the staff, other gym members: Everybody welcomes you with open arms! I felt part of the family since day one! Other members encourage you to keep going and keep moving ( if you are competitive even more). Everybody at the gym is at a different place: physically, mentally, age, size, ethnicity yet we all do the same workouts, which gives you plenty of room to grow and better yourself every single time you show up to do the work!
You get to ask all the questions without judgment.
The 6 weeks challenge opens the path to a healthier version of yourself. Even though I met the goal for the challenge I am still working on my own goal! The journey continues .
