Raise the Bar has been an excellent gym for me to get back to feeling like myself. The challenge that started my time here was 6 weeks and in that time I’ve learned so much about my body, my diet, and my ability levels. The coaching staff was amazing at both making me feel welcome and pushing me through the workouts and the other gym-goers were friendly. I never felt out of place due to the social environment or my skill level. Highly recommend to anyone looking to dedicate themselves to their fitness. It’s a lot of work to dedicate yourself to the workouts and the meal plans especially, but RtB make it feel manageable, and I believe it is very worth it. Less

I’m finishing up the 6 week challenge at Raise the Bar Fitness and I’m loving everything about this gym. The coaches are amazing! They have offered me motivation, support, and guidance along the way. On top of that, the gym community is so welcoming and supportive. I fit in from day 1. I highly recommend! Less

I recently completed the Six Week Challenge at Raise the Bar (RtB) Fitness and I cannot say enough good things about the owners, the coaches, and the gym. The staff is knowledgeable, friendy, and most importantly there to help you achieve your goals. As soon as I walked in I knew I had found my new “home”. RtB has a variety of class times to fit even the busiests of schedules. The work-outs are effective, well designed, and build upon each other. In seven weeks I have never had the same workout twice. In regards to their Six Week Challenge, I highly recommend that anyone who wants to jumpstart their fitness routine sign up as soon as they can. The challenge is designed for the individual that is new to working out, former athletes, and those already in shape who want to bring their fitness to the next level. I have been a member of many gyms, fitness studios, and crossfit affiliates throughout the years and Raise the Bar is a top tier studio and the best that I have found in the area. Where do I start? Let’s start from the beginning… A coworker sent me the link and told me about the challenge ( Best Coworker ever am I right?) during the 6 week challenge I have lost 16lbs, but lets not just focus on the number, there’s so much more, I went down on clothing size. I am able to move around without having to loose my breath, I learned how to eat better without having to starve myself. Now let’s talk about the gym: the culture and the atmosphere 10/10 I’ve never been to a gym where you are at group setting yet it feels like you are getting a one on one treatment, every coach takes the time to explain, correct and master each workout, and move which encourages you to be better and do best you can without getting hurt. The owners, the staff, other gym members: Everybody welcomes you with open arms! I felt part of the family since day one! Other members encourage you to keep going and keep moving ( if you are competitive even more). Everybody at the gym is at a different place: physically, mentally, age, size, ethnicity yet we all do the same workouts, which gives you plenty of room to grow and better yourself every single time you show up to do the work! You get to ask all the questions without judgment. The 6 weeks challenge opens the path to a healthier version of yourself. Even though I met the goal for the challenge I am still working on my own goal! The journey continues . I highly recommend you give it a try you won’t regret it! Less

I've returned to take on the 6-week challenge once more, and the experience at this gym surpasses expectations. Having been here in late 2018 and 2019, coming back feels like coming home. It's more than just a gym; it's a place of exceptional workouts and a relentlessly positive atmosphere. The sense of community is striking; everyone is incredibly kind and supportive. The coaches are exceptional; they not only guide us through workouts but ensure we execute them perfectly. This place, led by such incredible coaches, feels like a second home. My journey here continues, driven by the continuous support and guidance. Returning here brings me immense joy. Less
