The host, Brenda, was great in communications! We spent our 2022 Christmas at the sunshine house. It was perfect for our family this year. I believe Brenda bought new dishes and cookware just for our stay. I was able to cook a full meal. Most Airbnb's don't have this much kitchen stuff. She had a Christmas tree, too. Our stay was short but very comfortable! We will definitely be back. In fact, I’ve booked another stay with the host for Christmas.
