I experienced a bathtub leak from the second floor down to the first floor of my single-family home and Full House Restoration's (FHR) team was excellent in replacing the living room ceiling, etc. The staff were friendly and always keeping me abreast of updates, etc. I was always in the loop of things, and they worked with my insurance company constantly. I recommend FHR for any water damage remediation in your property; they had my best interest. Kudos to Mr. Barba; Chris; Terra; Breanna; Mr. Morales; Mr. Lenington; Mr. Bos; and Dave Alvarez and his crewmembers...wow! My hats off to each one of you fine folks. We had water damage from a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Water in and under the cabinets. They did water and mold abatement. Then reconstructed the cabinets. The carpenter, Christopher, did a wonderful job of making it look just like the existing cabinets and and fixed and electrical problem as well. Very well done Christopher.

Working with this company has been such a wonderful experience! I can’t even begin to explain the customer care that each employee we worked with had for us and our family. Greg was so detailed and communicative with the hands on side of our demo and really listened to our concerns. I’m so impressed with his work and his customer service. Mason was another employee who was helpful and made us feel comfortable with what needed to be done. I also have to highlight Rebecca! She really helped make this experience so pleasant. Since day one she was so caring and understanding with our very complicated situation. She continued to check in with us and make sure we were taken care of. While we were on vacation, the valve behind our toilet started leaking and caused water damage. We came home and panicked, but Full House Restoration responded quickly and took care of everything. They were fast, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
