Are you looking for a trainer who thinks holistically about your health? Who will push you to become stronger and set exercise and training goals that are meaningful? If so, I highly recommend working with Ron. My workouts had faded into the background of life and I had become tired, complaining of aching muscles, and didn’t even recognize what had gone into atrophy from a lack of movement. I contacted Ron thinking that our program would have me back on the treadmill running, something I’ve previously enjoyed. His intake forms provided details that lead him in a different direction—deal first with the pain I was experiencing, test my agility and strength, and then work out with focus.It took me some time to deal with the physical pain that I was tolerating, discomfort that was causing exhaustion and a lot more emotional anguish than I realized. Once we broke the ice, our sessions were hard, yes, but the pain was that of rebuilding.I can now see forward into the next round of goals and I know I can achieve them!
