Carewell Cremations are a very compassionste , company that, during our sad time of losing a family member, made our lives as well served as they could. We gave them our information about where our family's deceased member was, at a Hospice House and they promptly picked her up as soon as they could. It took a load off of our grieving family & they handled everything that was needed. They also delivered our loved one's remains in 12 days and were so nice.

My mom passed away two weeks ago today and we didn’t have a funeral home option in mind. It was truly a difficult time but as the oldest I knew I had to get her wishes fulfilled as she continued to put in our minds growing up. I researched funeral homes and Carewell came up and so far everything aligned perfectly for such short notice.Once I contacted Carewell the process was something I didn’t imagine for such a sad time in our lives. Everyone I have came in contact with was professional, polite, empathetic and patient. The entire process from beginning to the end was truly amazing and so smooth and I will recommend this funeral home for anyone who needs one. I was also amazed by the two lovely women who came to pick up my mother’s body and transfer to the funeral home in her three story townhome. They did it with ease and so patient even after offering assistance numerous times and it was a hot day. Carewell thank you again this helped my brother and I relive tension with arrangements during our time of grief.

I would recommend this business for their services 100 times over. I recently lost my younger brother suddenly and recently. This has been a difficult journey not only losing him, but also me living in Georgia and he was living in Maryland. Carewell Cremations has been nothing short of amazing and compassionate throughout this complicated situation. They keep you informed through the whole process. The whole staff is so patient . They are readily available when I had a question. I had to make several calls about his death certificate due to a mistake made by the state of Maryland. Every time I called and "explained' they were so kind and compassionate. The final act that just blew me away was that I met one of the employees, Nicole, to deliver the death certificates to me. I was so grateful not to have them be mailed. This simplified everything due to my complicated situation. I will make sure that I pay all of this kindness forward. Thank you again for everything. There really aren't words to express my gratitude.
