Carewell has been very helpful and understanding during my family's difficult time in the aftermath of the passing of my father. They were timely with my calls/questions, and were accomadative when I needed specific changes to the pre-cremation small family/friend viewing, in the form of allowing me to bring clothes for the deceased to wear. They treated my father with care, and the whole crematation procedure went smoothly. The front desk was friendly, and the aftercare support provided much needed guidance on the steps to take afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I arranged to have my FIL cremated by Carewell recently. From the first call I was impressed by their professionalism, kindness and knowledge. Every-time I called the phone was answered, and each step of the process I received email notifications of what was happening/next to come. Their prices cannot be beat in the local area and include things such as Social Security notification and finger prints that other companies charge extra for. My mom passed away two weeks ago today and we didn’t have a funeral home option in mind. It was truly a difficult time but as the oldest I knew I had to get her wishes fulfilled as she continued to put in our minds growing up. I researched funeral homes and Carewell came up and so far everything aligned perfectly for such short notice.Once I contacted Carewell the process was something I didn’t imagine for such a sad time in our lives. Everyone I have came in contact with was professional, polite, empathetic and patient. The entire process from beginning to the end was truly amazing and so smooth and I will recommend this funeral home for anyone who needs one. I was also amazed by the two lovely women who came to pick up my mother’s body and transfer to the funeral home in her three story townhome. They did it with ease and so patient even after offering assistance numerous times and it was a hot day.
