She is amazing and gave pointers on how to ensure that I get back to good shape for climbing. I came for an assessment for myself and my daughter. After we arrived, I noticed a banner at the shop front that said “Free Assessment.” When I asked the front desk staff about it, she seemed unsure how it worked.Wayne was very thorough in checking our conditions and suggested that we share a package. We were charged an assessment fee of RM100 and a filing form fee of RM15 each, so I’m not quite sure how the “free assessment” applies. I think the front staff should be more familiar with promotions displayed at the shop front.I’ll update this review after we complete our 10 sessions to see if the treatment helps.
