Stribe

I’ve just started out at Stribe after my partner spent years telling me to give it a go… and honestly, I’m kicking myself for not listening sooner. I took the free trial thinking, let’s see what all the fuss is about, and within one session I could understand what she meant.I used to drag myself to commercial gyms, but they always felt a bit soulless, rows of machines, headphones in, everyone doing their own thing, and half the time I couldn’t even get on the equipment I’d planned to use. I tried going at different times, early mornings, late evenings… still the same story.Stribe is the complete opposite. It actually feels like a community. People say hello. People smile. People actually seem happy to be there. The coaches deliver every session with proper attention and great advice, helping you get each movement right without making you feel judged or out of your depth. It’s friendly, it’s welcoming, and it’s got a great vibe that makes you want to show up. For someone just starting out in a small group PT setting, it’s been a brilliant experience so far, easily one of the best decisions I’ve made.
