An all round great experience. Jo the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. I have seen Dan twice now and it is very clear that he is interested in helping me to recover from my knee and back problems. He is very friendly and explains everything to me in a way that is easy to understand. He has laid out a clear recovery programme for me and explained why we have to progress carefully and in a structured way to facilitate a recovery with no set backs. He has given me physio exercises to do at home along with instructions on how to do them. I am very happy so far and look forward to working with him moving forward.

Had a great experience with Tom just before the Christmas period. I went in with someShoulder/rotator cuff stiffness that has been repetitively troubling me and came out with better range of movement and an understanding of what to do/ avoid going forward. As I’m a Pilates instructor, Tom’s in-depth knowledge was much appreciated . Highly recommend Tom and the clinic in general for anyone looking for knowledgeable, thorough professionals.

Just had an assessment with Doug who was recommended by my trainer. In 45 mins he has assessed my symptoms and identified what is causing my symptoms. As a GP myself I found his explanation and assessment fantastic. I have a series of exercises and advice to follow and look forward to seeing the progress. Thanks
