Booked in ok, but was >10 minutes late being seen for my appointment. Waiting room very hot and stuffy, but a portable air conditioner was not operating, which would have helped. £96 for a ten minute checkup quite expensive but that's private dentistry today. Dentist cheerful and friendly and even gave me a quick descale.

I had a very positive experience at Harleston Dental & Aesthetic Clinic. I was booked for an emergency appointment at 2pm and was seen exactly on time. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.Dr Radu Pop was very kind and reassuring. He explained everything clearly before each step of the examination and X-ray, so I always knew what to expect. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was, and I felt that my concerns were genuinely listened to.The whole experience was professional, straightforward and reassuring. I’m very happy to have found this practice and would definitely recommend it.
