When I was in a panic with the water damage issue, I called in and spoke to Jack. He ensured me they could help and would send out a tech. I ultimately chose them because they did not charge me a fee upfront to asses the damages, and he was caring and understanding of my situation. I had the pleasure of working with DJ Taylor. He checked throughly and explained all the steps. They made sure to address the issue and found a secondary area that was affected. DJ was very responsive to all my calls and text when I had questions. Once all was done, I worked with Jewelia for billing. She sent all the information insurance. Both she and DJ worked with them directly, which was very helpful and less stress for me. I 100% approve and recommend Restore Serve.

Orlando (see attached photo) was the team lead during the restoration our house needed. We had a leak affecting multiple rooms, floor types, and some drywall. They quoted me a reasonable timeframe and price, and were prompt, professional, and excellent at communication throughout the 3 day project. Above all of that, Orlando took the time to help teach me important info about my house, as well as what they were doing to fix the water damage. This left me feeling very comforted during a stressful time. Could not recommend Restore Serve highly enough based on this experience.
