Orlando (see attached photo) was the team lead during the restoration our house needed. We had a leak affecting multiple rooms, floor types, and some drywall. They quoted me a reasonable timeframe and price, and were prompt, professional, and excellent at communication throughout the 3 day project. Above all of that, Orlando took the time to help teach me important info about my house, as well as what they were doing to fix the water damage. This left me feeling very comforted during a stressful time. Could not recommend Restore Serve highly enough based on this experience.

Marco came out to do the initial estimate and took the time to clearly explain what work needed to be done. He was very professional, truly listened to my needs and concerns, and showed real empathy throughout the process. The final cost was very close to the estimate, which I really appreciated.Orlando and his crew completed the work and went above and beyond. He made every effort to save as much of the flooring as possible to help reduce reconstruction costs and worked efficiently to restore my home as quickly as he could.Everyone involved was extremely professional, and the quality of work was excellent.
