I have known Joe professionally for decades. Joe is not only a top tier valuation expert, but is very generous with his ‘free time’, volunteering to educate the public, his peers and real estate agents, plus nonprofits. Joe is very involved with the Association of Realtors - far more than fellow appraisers, most of who don’t volunteer any of their time. I recommend Joe to anyone who needs an appraisal or real estate consultant in his market area of Louisiana. And, he’s a very successful Redfish fisherman too. 🇺🇸😎

I've used Joe on my last two houses. He did the inspection and took the time to sit down with me and lay out exactly what he found and how he based the appraisal. I feel good about everything when he was done. He's a good man.
