Amazing! I was getting a lot of calls but I couldn't answer them all when I was with a client because I still didn't have a lot of staff. The cool thing was the missed call text back feature. I didn't want to have my AI secretary on all the time, which meant I could let the call go unanswered and my AI would send a text message and let them know that I had gotten their message. This was great because it let the client know that I had gotten their message and let me get back to them when I was able to, and it didn't make me look like a small business, and the client did not feel ignored.
