We called Fall Creek about a leaking toilet. Brett came out and explained the pros and cons of fixing the leak versus replacing the toilet, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, they were not able to work on our toilet since we are renting. We were not charged for the service call. When we own our home we will call Fall Creek for all heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.This is a company with integrity.

Brett and CJ came out to repair an underground water line rupture between our house and the well pump. They replaced the entire line the same day and did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done right, the area was cleaned up afterward, and everything has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend them.
