I never thought I'd do any exercise class until I tried this... from the first session Lorna has been the best support and encouragement. All the girls are brilliant and you have a laugh together. I've gone from no exercise to missing it if I can't go. It's not just helped physically but mentally. I come out that room happier, with a clear head and feeling like I've actually achieved something. 1000% recommend xx Less

This is such an amazing class, but also has an amazing community and a leader who has everything she does at heart 🧡 Lorna is always so welcoming and takes the time to check in on people. Love this little fitness class, so welcoming and it’s not just fitness it’s fun supporting and full off belly laughs, my little one tried it for the first time last week and her words were ‘Mum the lady that runs that class is deffo a little bit funked up 😂’ Lorna is such a vibe and just an amazing kind welcoming woman, she makes sure she comes round and says hi to everyone new members and regular members ❤️ I love how she is constantly reminding us throughout the class don’t worry what the person next to you is doing this is not a competition this is abit of fun and fitness ❤️ xxxx thanks for having us lorna Less

Never did I think I’d enjoy exercise. Since my very first session I’ve been made to feel welcome and a part of an amazing group of girls. Every session I walk out smiling and feeling like I’ve achieved something. I can’t wait for the next class. Started Funked up fitness last year when it first opened last summer. Well what can I say it’s not just fitness class for me it about being included in a group that everyone excepts you no matter what ur fitness level is and make you feel welcome. No cliques that I’ve experienced in past from other gyms ect just All great friendly ladies getting fitter but having a good time too! One thing for me you’ve got to enjoy a class to keep returning! And I certainly do and on the plus side I’m feeling much stronger in myself mentally too. It’s honestly been the best decision I made last year. Lorna is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Everybody leaves smiling and it’s just good vibes tbh. X Less
