We had an outstanding experience with Nick's Limousine Service for our family trip to Maui, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.From the moment they picked us up to take us to the airport, everything was seamless. They arrived on time, helped load all of our luggage, and made sure everyone was comfortable before we left. We were traveling with young children and our elderly parents, and the driver was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy.Our return trip was just as impressive. Our flight was delayed, but Nick tracked our arrival and was there waiting for us when we landed. He greeted us with a smile, carried all of our luggage to the vehicle, and loaded everything himself. When we tried to help, he simply told us to relax, get settled, and that he would take care of everything. That level of service was truly appreciated after a long day of travel.On the drive home, our 6-year-old unfortunately became sick and threw up in the back seat. Nick couldn't have handled the situation with more kindness or compassion. He immediately reassured us that everything was okay, was incredibly understanding, and never made us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. The next morning, he even called to check on our son and make sure he was feeling better. That simple gesture spoke volumes about the kind of person he is.Nick is reliable, professional, patient, understanding, and genuinely cares about his customers. I called to see if I could get a limo to the airport at the last minute, and while they weren’t able to help me at that time, Nick took his own time to research other companies that would suit my needs. He is a gem of a person and I wish there were more people as patient and helpful as Nick is. Two thumbs up. Definitely hire him!

I would rate this higher if possible!! Excellent service. By far the best limousine service I have ever experienced. The vehicle was immaculate. Not only was the pickup on time, the driver was early and was not rushing us. Very fair pricing. Cannot recommend a better company. Nicks Limousine Service IS the best. 100% recommend.
